Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Orders are processed and shipped by CANADA POST. Accurate shipping details from customer must be included, such as apartment/suite/building number, and company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way BEYOND descriptions and pictures provided in product descriptions, please email us as soon as possible at info@department.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
STORE PICKUP
We currently offer local store pickup at our Montreal location - select store pick up at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
We currently offer FREE shipping to North America with all your purchases.
We also ship internationally with customers responsible for shipping fees calculated at check out.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LE DEPARTMENT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. LE DEPARTMENT is not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment to customer if a valid proof of purchase and tracking details have been provided to customer.
